Claudia Grattarola is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 15 years experience in the property industry.
Educated and brought up on the Gower, South Wales, and following graduation from the University of Exeter and completion of two Masters; one at the University of Liverpool (Town Planning) and one at the University of Reading (Real Estate), Claudia spent the first six years of her career undertaking commercial property and asset management for a large REIT in London before joining a regional family-run chartered surveyors and estate agents for the next five and a half years to head up their professional department in East Sussex.
As a long time enthusiast and dedicated professional of the built environment and its inevitable complexities and challenges, Claudia completed a diploma in arbitration with the RICS.
Now at Grattarola Gilchrist, Claudia harnesses her extensive knowledge and experience of the Kent and wider South East commercial property market to provide clients with clear, astute valuation advice and assistance with property management.
